Please take 15 minutes and answer a few questions about yourself. 

We ask potential fosters to complete a short questionnaire so we can make the best match between you and an animal in need. Your answers help us understand your home and experience so we can set you and the pet up for success!

Please submit a copy of your driver's license. 

Providing a driver’s license allows Paw in Hand to maintain accurate records for accountability and regulatory compliance.

Please submit a copy of your car insurance. 

Providing car insurance details allows us to confirm that vehicles used for transporting animals are properly insured, ensuring safety and compliance during all volunteer activities.

Please sign our confidentiality agreement and liability waiver.
